1. Token Creation for Third Parties:
Peemes.com primarily operates as a token creation platform for third-party clients. We provide a service that allows others to launch their own tokens on our platform. These tokens are the responsibility of the third-party creators and we do not control or influence the price, trading activity, or liquidity of third-party tokens once they are launched.
2. Peemes’ Right to Launch Tokens:
While our platform is primarily used by third parties, Peemes reserves the right to create and launch its own tokens on the platform. The tokens launched by Peemes may be subject to different terms, including but not limited to, the potential removal of liquidity at any time. Peemes tokens will follow the same speculative and high-risk nature as third-party tokens.
3. Liquidity Withdrawal:
The tokens created on Peemes, whether by third-party clients or by Peemes itself, are subject to the possibility of liquidity withdrawal at any time. We make no guarantees about the continuation of liquidity for any tokens, and users may be unable to sell or trade their tokens once liquidity is pulled. Investors and traders should be fully aware that once liquidity is withdrawn, the token may lose its value completely.
- For third-party tokens: Peemes acts as a facilitator for token creation and launch, and we do not control or guarantee the liquidity for third-party tokens. The third-party creators may choose to withdraw liquidity or take other actions that could render the tokens worthless.
- For Peemes tokens: Peemes reserves the right to withdraw liquidity from any token we launch at any time, without prior notice. Once liquidity is removed, these tokens may become valueless, and traders may not be able to sell or recover their investment.
4. High-Risk, Speculative Investment:
Trading tokens on Peemes.com involves a high level of risk, including the possibility of total loss. The market for these tokens is speculative and subject to extreme volatility. By trading these tokens, you understand and acknowledge that you could lose part or all of your investment.
- Tokens launched through Peemes (whether by third-party clients or by Peemes) should be viewed as speculative, high-risk investments. Peemes does not guarantee any returns, profits, or sustained liquidity for these tokens.
5. Responsibility of Users:
By using Peemes.com, you acknowledge and accept that you are fully responsible for any investments, trades, or actions taken on the platform. You are responsible for your decisions regarding when to buy, sell, or trade tokens and understand that any gains or losses are your sole responsibility.
6. No Guarantees of Profit or Value:
Peemes makes no guarantees of profit for any token launched through the platform. The value of any token created or launched through our platform may fluctuate drastically and may become worthless at any time, particularly once liquidity is withdrawn. We do not control or guarantee the future value of any token launched via Peemes.com.
7. Market Volatility and Speculative Nature:
The cryptocurrency market is highly volatile, and the value of any token created or traded on Peemes.com may change rapidly and unpredictably. The tokens launched through Peemes are speculative in nature, and you acknowledge the risk of significant price fluctuations, including the risk of total loss.
8. Finality of Transactions:
All transactions (purchases, sales, trades, etc.) involving tokens on Peemes.com are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, you cannot reverse or demand a refund. You accept that by purchasing or trading any token, you are fully aware of the risks and the irreversible nature of such transactions.
9. No Liability for Market Losses:
Peemes is not liable for any loss of funds, assets, or value resulting from market fluctuations, liquidity removal, or any other factors related to the trading of tokens launched on the platform. This includes losses from third-party tokens where liquidity may be removed at any time.
10. Legal Compliance:
Peemes.com encourages users to conduct their own research and due diligence into the legal implications of buying, selling, or trading cryptocurrency in their jurisdiction. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure their actions comply with applicable laws and regulations in their country.
11. Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peemes.com, its affiliates, partners, officers, employees, and third-party creators from any claims, damages, liabilities, or losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses incurred through trading or investing in tokens.
