Terms and Conditions for Peemes

By using the Peemes platform, accessing peemes.com (“the Website”), or interacting with any content or services provided by Peemes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Website or any associated services.
1. Introduction
Peemes (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a platform for the launching and trading of cryptocurrency tokens (“Tokens”) created by users and creators of the platform. Users of Peemes can create and launch their own tokens, and engage in buying, selling, and trading these tokens in the market facilitated by Peemes.
Peemes may also, at its discretion, create and launch Tokens, and such Tokens will be subject to the same terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
2. User Responsibility
By using the Peemes platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

Peemes is not a financial advisor and does not offer any financial, legal, or tax advice. All users are responsible for conducting their own research and ensuring they comply with applicable laws, including tax obligations, in their jurisdiction.

You are responsible for your own decisions when engaging with tokens on the platform. This includes decisions to purchase, sell, or trade tokens, as well as decisions regarding the withdrawal of liquidity from any token you are involved with.

You must be aware that tokens launched on the platform, whether by third-party creators or by Peemes itself, are highly speculative and volatile. There are no guarantees of profits, and you could lose all funds invested.
3. Token Creation and Launch

Peemes provides a platform for users to create and launch their own Tokens. Users who choose to create tokens on Peemes are solely responsible for the creation, management, and any actions related to their Tokens, including but not limited to, decisions regarding liquidity provision, market behavior, and tokenomics.

Peemes reserves the right to launch Tokens at its discretion on the platform. These Tokens will be subject to the same terms and conditions as those launched by third-party creators, including potential withdrawal of liquidity.

Liquidity Provision and Withdrawal: Peemes, as well as creators of user-launched tokens, may choose to add or withdraw liquidity at any time, with or without prior notice. This action may cause the token’s value to fluctuate, and once liquidity is withdrawn, the token may become illiquid and lose all value.

You acknowledge that Peemes has no control over the actions of third-party token creators, and Peemes is not liable for any actions taken by creators, including token liquidity management.
4. Trading Tokens

Trading: The Peemes platform facilitates the trading of tokens launched through the platform. You can buy, sell, or exchange tokens on the platform, but you do so at your own risk. All trading activity is speculative, and token prices may fluctuate significantly.

No Guarantees of Liquidity: While Peemes facilitates token creation and trading, there is no guarantee of liquidity for any token. Tokens may become illiquid once liquidity is withdrawn by creators or by Peemes itself, and users may not be able to sell their tokens or recover their funds.
5. No Financial or Investment Advice
Peemes does not provide investment or financial advice, and participation in token trading or token creation is not an investment. Tokens on the platform are for speculative purposes only. You should consider your financial situation and consult a professional if needed before engaging in any transactions.
6. Risks and Disclaimers

Volatility: The value of Tokens launched through the Peemes platform may increase or decrease rapidly, and you could experience substantial losses, including total loss of funds.

No Control Over Third-Party Tokens: Peemes does not control or oversee the actions of third-party token creators. If you engage in transactions involving third-party tokens, you acknowledge that Peemes is not liable for any losses or issues related to these tokens.

Liquidity Withdrawal: Peemes and third-party token creators have the right to withdraw liquidity at any time. Once liquidity is pulled, the token may lose all value, and trading could be halted.

Speculative Nature of Tokens: You acknowledge that all tokens on the Peemes platform are high-risk, speculative assets, and you are responsible for your decisions when engaging with them.
7. User Accounts and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Peemes platform. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account and protect your credentials.

Peemes is not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account, including any losses that may occur due to hacking, phishing, or other malicious activities.
8. Compliance with Laws

You agree that Peemes shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, including the total loss of invested funds, resulting from any action taken on the platform.
10. Modifications to Terms
- Peemes reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
